THEY REFUSE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

For more than 4 months now, since September 2020, I have been requesting for Edgars to close my account and refund the available credit. THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE FEES ON THE ACCOUNT!!

I have sent more than 6 emails requesting for my account to be closed, I even went to a branch where after waiting for an hour, the lady fiddled with her tablet and told me the account was close and I was to send my proof of banking details.

To this day, January 2021, Fees are still going off on my account?????

EDGARS WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS????
