THEY KEEP MAKING EXCUSES!!!
I bought a cellphone December 2015 then an accident happened that broke my earphones but a piece got stuck inside making it impossible for me to answer my calls without putting the phone on speaker. Since the phone was insured I took it back to Edgars for them to fix it,they said it'll take about 4-6 weeks. They called saying they have the phone but when I got there it wasn't fixed so I didn't even take it with me just gave it back. I've been back there several times since then and I've never got a valid reason what's taking so long. Recently it was said I'll get a new phone but have to pay R400 but I don't know why because I'm still paying the insurance of that damn cellphone that I'm not using. Today is 13th november 2015 almost december which will make it a year and I STILL DON\T HAVE MY CELLPHONE (blackberry Z3) (not sure about the dates now)"
