they i belling me for 12 policies that i dont even

I have opened an account at edgars april 2014 ,I had a balance of R2048 IN JANAURY , I paid R500 and my balance was R1448 and suddenly increased to R1948.38 because they have billed me for 12 insurance transactions that I don't even know,i called 3 times asking for this to be fixed , they only removed them on the February statement but reversed only 4 out of 12 policies , I am tired of calling waiting my airtime and energy . can someone sort this mess out and reprint a correct statement before I pay for march and I need to know who **********ely created this policy for me without my concerns and I need an answer,
