Theft of my Watch by Edgars Mall of AFRICA

I took my Guess watch worth R3000 to Edgars Mall of Africa in December 2017 , 9 Months later the Watch has not been repaired or returned to me. I have gone to ask for my watch to be returned Over 10 Times. Service Manager Selby promised I would have my watch back in a few days over 2 months ago. I suspect Theft and will soon open a case against the store management. I have been more than patient they have deprived me 9 Months of using my watch. This is about to be a matter between Edgars and the small claims court if my watch is not returned by Tuesday next week
