REfer to complaint dd 29 may @ 16:12:44<br> Utterly Disgusted: Lets See where does One start, Firstly you attempted to contact me.... maybe I was driving so you did not bother to phone again. Secondly like i mentioned in my complaint that I have cctv footage from when the parcel was delivered. It clearly shows me signing for the parcel and I then proceeded to open the parcel. The video then shows me walking outside looking for the courier service as the contents of the parcel was missing. You did not bother to send someone to view the footage as proof, you merely ignored the whole complaint
