The worst service I have ever recevied

I placed an order almost 4 weeks ago and phoned to check the status thinking I would give some leway considering the situations.

Phone now only to find out that of the 40 items of kids clothing I ordered 2 are in stock. When I placed the order everything was said to be in stock and now only 2?

This is a complete joke!!!!
