The worst experience I ever encountered

I bought stuff worth R11000 at Eastgate mall, some merchandise were on sale,I was in a hurry so I never tried on All The clothes. When I got home, I was shocked to realize that two of the items bought were damaged, dirty but had a sale tag hanging and was placed on aisles for re-sale. I went to Cresta to exchange the items, I was given the worst service ever. I was ****** of my rights as a customer and cheated. I was surprised by how their credit&returns operates. I purposely didn't tell them of the damaged dress, just to see how they operate when dealing with returns. My suspicions were confirmed when the same damaged goods I exchanged was send back to the floor, without anyone checking them. Same reason why I have bought a worn out&damaged dress.cashier refused to give me the same discount I received when buying the items, with proof in her hands, she even made me pay extra for the discounted amount ? I need explanation.I have a good mind to return All the stuff I bought& be refunded my R11000.Id Rather go buy elsewhere cos I felt so devalued.what happened to excellent customer service? hygiene? quality products? what's Edgars policy abt returns? disgusted by the service received
