The worst experience at an Edgars store, ever!

Its so depressing that even after so many years into democracy race still plays a major role in the service that you get in retail stores. I was at Edgars on Saturday afternoon and while standing in the que to pay I see the people behind me start to leave, the guy that was talking to them came to the couple in front of me and they also left. When inquiring about this it seemed that their system was offline but no one said anything, we noticed that all these people that has left were white and were being directed to go pay at Customer Service. When at CS and was paying I was told I cant pay with a card only cash but just after I left the lady behind me paid with a card, and yes she was white. When somebody finally assisted me they didn't know about the promo's that were going on and charged me the normal prices, I told her about the promo's so she called another lady (not sure if it was a floor manager or supervisor) but she also was not aware of the promo's I had to log onto the Edgars website and show them and only then did they seem like they were interested on helping me. I spent close to 2hours in this store, don't if they are trained not to value black customers in particular!
