The worst customer service with Edgars - They terrorize their customers

I have been complaining to Edgars to stop terrorizing me with endless sms messages about how much I owe them and where and when I must pay. I had my account with Edgars for many years and pay my account every month. Neve skips a payment. I have asked them several times to remove my contact number from their systems. They do not comply to my several requests. It goes on for weeks. I have paid but still the messages are coming. Then they have the audacity to phone my daughter about my complaint. My daughter never had a contract with Edgars, So that is against the PPOPIA guidelines. How did they get her contact number without her permission. My business have nothing to do with my daughter. Edgars customer service is the worst that I have experienced for years. Do not open an account with them because they will drive you crazy with their messages.
