The worsed service ever received from Edgars

I open an Egdars account last month and already having problems with their new card. I requested that my statements be emailed to me but that has not happened. I have sent emailed and made several call and still not getting joy. I am going to close the account today because i am ****ed off by their service. The reason why i requested a statement is because i realized that their interests are way to much having received an sms to pay R350 for a balance of R1200. Edgars is now owned by RCS group. Do your calculations RCS's interest is very high compared to other retail stores. Be warned.
