The worse store ever

This store does not even deserve a rating. For over a year now I have been attempting for them to close my account, the remittance department incorrectly did not allocate the amount I paid by EFT during lockdown now the account is unduly accumulating interest and my emails go unanswered. This is unacceptable and a violation of my rights as a consumer.
