The worse retailer EVER

I have an account with Edgars and made arrangements with RCS whom has now taken over the that a debit order be deducted from my account. This has indeed been in place and the instalment has been deducted form my account. I can however not understand why I am constantly still getting calls and nasty sms's for final notices and hand overs. Please can this urgently be sorted out as it is extremely annoying if I constantly speak to consultants and they acknowledge the arrangement made. Since RCS has taken over I do not receive a statement and again despite request to email it to me like in the pass nothing is sent to me.
