The price you see is the price you pay
<p>I wanted to buy some shorts at Edgars Active in Lephalale and the price tags showed a sale price but when I was about to pay they told that the short was not on sale and told me that the prices are for tomorrow not today and in a rude and negative attitude </p>
Service is a priority at our stores and we must apologize for this lapse in service. We have addressed the matter with the Edgars Active Lephalale management to address as our valued customer is not happy that the store staff members were unable to assist our valued customer and they just ignored you which resulted in our valued customer leaving the store without any purchases, as you were informed rudely that the sale is strting the following , this is as per the post sent to us. The store management will make certain that this kind of incident does not re occur and provide the necessary training for our staff members. It is feedback from customers like you that will ensure that we will continue to maintain the high standard of service that you expect of us. We trust as we rectify our errors you trust in us will be restored.
