THE PRICE ON THE ITEM IS WHAT COMSUMERS SHOULD PAY

I went to Edgar's Cresta last Friday wanting to buy some perfume. Asked for assistance and selected Fahrenheit. (3 100ml) when I got to pay I saw these items marked at R133.50. Asked to see a managers as the staff refused to allow the items to be sold at this price. After waiting for almost 45 minutes as all managers were in meetings, Tebello approached me in the most intimidating manner screaming telling me that he will not sell these items to me at the marked price. I then said I will report this as it is not acceptable. He said I should do what I please. Thereafter I tried taking photos but was physically pushed by him, luckily I managed to obtain photos of the 3 items with the prices.

Edgars service and client experience is of the lowest lever in SA. If this was a Woolworths or Truworths this would have never happened.

I have been a loyal edgars account holder and am utterly disgusted at this incident. I will never shop at this store again and will encourage all consumers not to accept such pathetic service and treatment from edgars and its staff
