The care free service

On 21 Nov 2014 I bought a Vodaphone vp1 at Edgars Westville Pavillion. On January it gave me many problems, so I took it to Vodacom for repairs. When the device was scanned at Vodacom it appeared not to be registered under Vodacom. Then I took the phone to the shop where I bought it & they told me to bring it back with all it's accessories in it's original box. On 20 Jan 2015 I brought the phone in the box with all it's accessories & I was told to wait for 4 to 6 weeks before I could have it back. On 3 March 2015 was the end of 8 weeks having booked in my phone but I had not received any call or sms from Edgars about my phone. So I took an initiative of calling the store on 4 March & they promised to call me back the following day. I waited for the call on the day it was promised & nobody called. So I have been calling them ever since 4 March & they keep on promising to call me back but nobody has ever called me from Edgars. At one stage when I made a call to the store some Indian guy told me that I was not the only person waiting for my phone there are some other customers as well. Today marks the end of 60 days ( 2 months) without my phone. I've never waited this long for repairs
