The absolute worst place to shop!

I regret the day I ever said yes to an Edgars account. I really do. I honestly have not been treated so horrific in my life! I will never walk into their store purely for the way they treat their customers. I used to work for Edcon and as an employee they are great! And I used to defend their behavior to friends and family daily. But since I stopped working for them. It has been the most emotionally, mentally and financially taxing period in my life. And no one seems to take ownership. Absolutely no one. I have been mostly empathetic due to having worked for them. But if this is how they treat customer I fully understand why they were struggling. I am at a loss. I honestly don’t know what to do except get a lawyer. I have paid them but they opened a new account on my behalf. Now that new account is severely overdue because I paid into the old staff account. They can’t move the funds from the old account to the new account. But they are also denying me a refund. It’s been 3 months and they want to take me to the lawyers. But they owe me money!!! I am so defeated! I am so tired. But I tell you my biggest regret in this opening an Edgar’s account. I tell you I can’t even walk into that store to buy using cash and I will make sure no one in my family or friend group does because honestly the way in which they have treated me is atrocious!
