I had an incident where there was a problem with a voucher I had to pay with at Edgars Eastrand Mall. The issue took about 2 hours to resolve, it was a frustrating process but I was assisted by 3 people in the Shop.

They were very understanding and patient, they handed the matter very professionally. I didnt even notice that it took that long to resolve.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Simphiwe (store manager), ousi Milly and Athurleen, the service and treatment you showed me that day didnt go unnoticed. Your customer service is the best, I had never experienced such throughout my years as an Edgars customer.
