THANK YOU EDGARS CAPE GATE

The young staff members at Edgars Cape Gate were real stars when I took a senior citizen shopping there. They were polite and very helpful.

Bonga was a real gem. He greeted us heartily at the entrance of the shop and asked staff members on the floor to assist us. When we later needed assistance again, Bonga was the one who assisted the senior citizen when the other staff members and myself could not understand exactly what type of jeans the uncle was looking for. He listened patiently to "pappa" and helped "pappa" with a hearty smile. Bonga walked up and down to collect different jeans to make sure his client is happy with his purchase.

Cindy was also very patient with the client. The uncle naturally talks a lot and although she was working at the till she patiently answered all the uncle's questions regarding opening up an account at Edgars.
