I would like to extend a word of thanks to the branch manager (Celest) who made the time to call me to provide me with an update on my request to have two of her staff members reworded for professional work conduct. However, I must admit that Mr Barnabas Pillay reneged on his commitment and dishonored the duty of his off by not finalizing the matter with me as he said he would.
