Thank you card

I received a message on my phone about the R100 voucher i got from Edgars which expires today called the number on the thank you card ***wanting to be sure if i can buy at any edcon store since message stated Edgars and the nearest store is Maponya which closes at 6pm but on google it shows store closes at 7pm !!! she rep**** by saying yes i can go to any store listed on the card i did so yesterday went to Jet Bara Mall it was declined by the system told to go and check at Edgars Active when i got there was told to go to Edgars Maponya Mall.My issue here why was i given wrong information by a call centre staff??She insisted its a cash card it wont be a problem but was given a run around.So disappointed about the service especially the fact that i called to double check.Please give correct information to call centre staff this is totally unacceptable!!!!!Oh by the way my voucher expires today and i am at work obviously wont be able to use it due to the fact that when i get home the shops will be closed.
