<p>Many are times we like to complain but we forget to notice the small things that the people do for us</p> <p>I would like to compliment Lilian from Edgars Loch Logan Bloemfontein she saw me holding a wrapped present on my way out she was not the person who assisted me but her kindness moved her to find a plastic bag for me.</p> <p>I have just realised that customer satisfaction is her number one priority and Edgars is very blessed to have a person of her calibre. She is so friendly and kind once again thank you so much Lilian you are the best and you made my day</p>
