I have an Edgars store card with Edgars and my card was used **********ly. I received a call from someone who works for Edgars telling me that I needed to log a dispute form at any Edgars store, I then went to Edgars Sandton and was assisted my Nolihle she was so helpful, this is the second time this is happening with my Edgars card and I was so angry at that fact she has been so helpful she gave me her work number saying that I could call her if I have any questions, she has also tried to keep me updated with feedback and for that I am so grateful although my issue has not been resolved she has put my mind at ease because I know someone is looking at my issue. if there are any rewards Edgars gives employees she needs to get one I have never in the time I have had a store card with Edgars received such exceptional service from someone.
