Horrible service and support. Edgars has been charging me for airtime etc for the past 7 months. Something that was told i wouldnt be charged for. They never gave me any amount that I would be charged. Now they say that they cannot refund the amount that was deducted from my account. I requested for them to provide me with the airtime they have charged me for the past months as I haven't received any airtime from them but i was charged for it. How pathetic is this. They dont have the decency to reply to request. Pathetic
