terrible terrible

I had placed an order on the 2nd of December 2019. today is the 12th still no correspondence and no news,my items have just been invoice what bulllll. you call the call center and they give you a reference number and do not return your calls after telling you they will call you back. looks like im not the only one who order on the 2nd dec! and are still waiting for my goods.
