Terrible take over!!!

I have a gift card which was bought in May 2020. I can not use it as every Edgards store keeps giving me different answers as to why I can't use it. Worse part is they keep saying a new company has taken over and they not sure when this problem would be solved! When you call their call center they are worse as they do not have definite answers, saying the system MIGHT be fixed this month or next month! This is really appalling service to say the least.
