Terrible services

September statement error was made by them. They kept quiet and never informed me. I followed up and all they say is that in October it will be sorted. A purchase appears on my statement which i have not made. In the October statement the error wont show. The person also assisting me was not very helpful. They should send out correct statement fir September. I will not be able to pick up if the error has been corrected.
