Terrible service

The worst service at edgars BT ngebs mall, the ladies there are just plain rude and unfriendly. I was there twice in one day, first to buy and later to return, seemingly people there have issues with understanding other South African languages, but expect the rest of the country to understand Xhosa, I mean even English was difficult for them. From there years of shopping at edgars stores this has been the worst experience ever. I support creating employment because the rate of unemployment is high in the country, but when it comes to terrible service, that's where I draw the line.
