TERRIBLE SERVICE

Terrible service recieved at the store, cellphone was sent back to the store for repairs 9/10/2019 hollard insurance. been calling to enquire what is the problem with the phone each time am told they don't know.Yesterday was upset told them to return the phone to my suprised today am told the phone is back at the store. WAS IT EVEN SENT ANYWHERE FOR THAT MATTTER HENCE THEY DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE PHONE AS NOTHING WAS DONE TO IT!! i NEED MY PHONED FIXED , WHY MY I A PAY AN ACCOUNT AND INSURANCE BUT NOT GETTING THE SERVICE???
