Terrible service at Clearwater Mall

I bought shoes online via Pay Just Now and returned them at the Clearwater mall in Johannesburg because the make of the shoe didn’t fit my foot. I returned them on Saturday 1 Nov, I was told the manager would send through the information i gave them to Pay just now so i can get my refund however it has not happened. I have been phoning with no proper feedback, being sent from pillar to post. The shoes are at the store but my refund still has not been actioned. I am tired of phoning.
