TERRIBLE SERVICE ACCOUNT NOT CLOSED 6MONTHS

I am trying to close the Edgars account since May/June 2020 and STILL recieving OVERDUE SMS. Emails was sent to edgars, RCS and closure department Till date NOTHING was done. Call centre is utterly useless they keep "refering" the account but can not update/followup or give You a turn around time this is exceeding 6 months!!!! And I get a bad record on overdue accountz i want this all sorted!!
