Terrible service: Account closure at Edgars

I've been paying admin fees for about a year now without ever using the account. On 16 May 2021 I went in to Cradlestone Mall and paid the outstanding amount of R230 at the time. I then phoned and spoke to Thembekazi from RCS who closed the account and said that the settlement letter will be sent via Email. Now RCS is phoning me to collect the amount of R169. I've been trying to get the settlement letter without success and without response. This is totally unacceptable!! The account has been closed and now nobody can assist.
