Terrible service

I bought a Shapewear garment from Edgars Cresta on 19 Dec 2015. I asked the consultant working in the undergarment section if I am able to return the shape wear garment if it is too long and she said yes, as they only don't return underwear as in panties. I returned the garment to Edgars Cresta today for the same Shapewear garment only a shorter one. I was told by a consultant and More the Risk Manager that they cannot exchange the garment for the shorter one as it is underwear. THIS GARMENT IS NOT UNDERWEAR. This is by far the worst service ever! The manager did not hear anything. I previously bought an undergarment from Clearwater Edgars and exchanged it for a bigger size. Clearwater Edgars also told me the only undergarment they don't return is panties. How can two Edgars stores practice two different exchange policies. I will never again shop at Edgars Cresta as I also have a photo of the staff laughing at me. I am utterly appalled. This may not matter but Edgars you have just lost a client. My account will shortly be paid off and closed! Lately shopping at your competitors is proving to be much more of an awesome experience. Edgars Cresta SUCKS!!!!
