Terrible service

I went to a Edgars branch on the 4th of Feb to close my account and paid the total outstanding balance. I received a sms on the 11th of Feb indicating a balance payable on 1st of March. After numerous phone calls and emails I have not resolved the issue. I am still trying to figure out whose service is worse, RCS or Edgars.
