terrible service
Last month on my statement i saw that edgars loaded a sms subscription which i called to have cancelled.
This month on my statement not only have they not cancelled it but they have now added an airtime/ data subscription which I do not want. I am told I have to pay for even though ive never received any airtime or data and on top of that i do not want their stupid service. I am told it has been cancelled but why must i pay for it in the first place.
As soon as this Edgars account is paid up I am closing it and taking my money to more deserving companies. At this rate Edgars will be dead and forgotten within a decade and i will say good riddens.

Upon acceptance the monthly subscription fee will be added onto customers account.
