Terrible service
Tried registering for thank you points balance and an error came up to please call the call center. I phoned in a gentleman answered after 3mins for the next 8 mins I am on hold...no answer no come to the client to tell them there's an issue nothing just hold music most pathetic service yet again from the edcon group .there is a reason why you guys are not attracting customers and so many people are closing their accounts...
