Terrible service

Terrible service tried for over a year to cancel the airtime subscription Edgar's added to my cell phone number and I am definitely not winning with anyone at this office. Every week they cancelling it but nothing happens. I need them to migrate my number back to prepaid but they are holding me at ransom and the managers and supervisors are off no help as they do not even take calls or call back.
