Terrible Service

I went to Edgars Mall @ reds to get foundation. For the past 5 months they don't have stock of the foundation i use. Which is starting to make me livid. I went to ask for assistance from two ladies sitting and chatting. I asked them if they can help me with something similar. She showed me a brand and i said i cannot afford it. I asked for something else. they just said no sorry they don't have anything else. I then chose something that i know, but wanted there help choosing a colour, because the mirrors there is covered in red lights and letters. She went to a mirror said look here and left. They continued chatting to each other as if i never asked for any help. I asked for help because i needed it, not because i am bored. Now i am sitting with a colour that is too light, and i lost my money. I want answers.
