Terrible service !

After so much effort, calling and running around to different stores Edgards has still failed to Rectify the matter. After posting my problem on Hellopeter I’ve received a call to say the matter has been put through and there has been a complaint laid however I’ve been told the same thing for months over the phone when I called them numerous times. Up until today it’s been months since the matter has not been solved and I just hear different stories all the time !! This is a disgrace to the company ! Customers are never taken seriously and there is no sense of order at all !! Why would something so simple take almost 6 months ? Yet if we owe edgards money it will be ***** ! Disappointing especially for a customer who just tried to pay her bills !
