Is Edgar's selling **** products? I was gifted a GUESS handbag in July. I had only started to use the handbag in August. The handbag is already fading. I had gone to the Edgars Newcastle to find out if they can exchange it, a lady by the name of Nomkosi or Nondumiso said she will ask the manager and get back to me. It has been 2 weeks and no one has gotten back to me.

Is this the service that they provide their clients?
