Terrible quality cellphones

About three months ago I bought two Nokia105 cellphones for my parents. One at CNA, and one at Efgars Centurion. The CNA one about a month before the Edgars phone. Within weeks the problems started. One can hardly hear when having a conversation. The phones also loses signal, sometimes for hours. Does not matter which network I use. On my other phone, with the same network, there are no problems. Unfortunately the slips has faded so much it is unreadable. But the barcodes of the phones can be traced. I am not willing to givein for repairs and leave my parents without phones, due to bad quality of Nokia. How is Edcon going to resolve this????

This is pathetic. No reaction at all.
