Terrible Online Service

I will never purchase anything online from Edgars ever again. I bought items on the 11/05/2020 and to date haven't received the delivery. To top it off, online tracking doesn't work and they never reply to emails or online query. I'm utterly disappointed with the service received. On the contrary, other online service providers are able to deliver orders efficiently. So, I don't understand the delay from Edgars.
