Terrible Experience

Not someone that complains but Edgar's La Lucia's service is shocking, only 1 person attending to a long queue of clients and after asking for help, we were told the other cashier is on lunch, not allowed to pay upstairs when there are 6 open tellers, the staff's attitude towards holiday makers and locals is much to be desired, after always going to la Lucia, they will never see us again!!
