TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EDGARS PIETERMARITZBURG CHURCH STREET!!!
<p>I tried returning clothes that I bought my niece which turned out to be too small for her.I tried returning them to Edgars church street store and they blatantly refused to help because I only had the gift receipt and not the original till slip where was I suppose to get the till slip? when I did not receive it with my delivery. I think they need to go for training to help them know how to deal with online orders.I am now sitting with clothes I have no use for which is a waste of money on my side.I will never return to that store again!!!!!!</p>
We have escalated the complaint to the Edgars Church street Pretoria management to address as our valued customer is not happy that you were not assisted accordingly with the item that you returned even though you had a gift receipt. The store management will look into the matter and revert with feedback accordingly.
