Terrible customer service at Edgar's Chatsworth

Absolutely terrible customer service at Edgar's Chatsworth. The clothing staff and cashiers are rude and don't know policies. One staff member tells you one thing yet when you go to the cashier they tell you something totally different. It is imperative that staff are trained, especially when dealing with customers.
