Terrible customer service

I have absolutely never received worse customer service. They have little to no process knowledge. I was sent from pillar to post and left that store furious with no solution. The manager Koketso gave the cashier Katlego authorization to proceed only for the process to be incorrect even after I stood at a till for an hour. Terrible!
