Terrible attitude
I went shopping at the Edgars branch in Gateway. I stood in line to pay, I then arrived at the teller to pay, I greeted the cashier (Faiza) THREE times and greeting was acknowledged with an awful stare and disgusting attitude from the cashier. After my purchase she didnt even hand my card back to me but rather flung it at me. I said thank you and I was yet again stared at with a disgusting look from this cashier. My entire shopping experience at Edgars was awful. If people dont want to be at the till I suggest put them out of the public view as peole like Faiza can really turn a persons mood from a good one to an awful one. Safe to say I will not be going back to Edgars again. I will be closing my account and will shop elsewhere. Customer service should be a priority in every store!!!!
