taking 7 years to close account

I had an account and closed it immediately in 2017 due to some *******s and charges that were not making any sense. to date the account is still open and active, may you guys close it, its 7 years later but what I had asked to do hasnt been done. please close the account as i dont want it, went to the branch that you guys used to have in aucklandpark campus square and closed it but it is still open , no ways. i dont even have that card anymore
