Edgars allows companies like RMCs to give its account holders cell phone contracts without their consent and when you go to Edgars to query the incident the only help they can give you is letting you use their phone to call RMCS only to be treated unprofessionally by their call centre agents who either have bad attitude, hang up the phone before you even speak or give you false promises.<br> <br> This Company (RMCS) is working with Edcon and it's bringing your name down the drain with theirs, If this bad service I'm Getting from them continues I'm going to close my account at Edgars and by looking at the amount of complaints there are about RMCS I will not be the only one.<br> <br> Please take action to fix their level of service or you will loose loyal customers.<br> <br> Kind Regards

From the last time we had a discution about RMCS They were supposed blacklist my phone and cancel my contract with their company.They have since done the blacklisting and said they will canceled the contract but recently i have been loosing airtime on my phone and when I called Vodacom to Clarify they told me that they could not help me since Im contracted with RMCS... Please intervene this company is giving me a headache
