swiching my acc

<p>i have had a edgars acc for a long time and never mised a payment.</p> <p>when i opend the acc i wanted to open a 6 month intrest free acc but was told i can only open a 12 month acc and then later change it to a 6 month acc.</p> <p>now that my acc is payed in full and i want to change the plan to a 6 month they simply say that it can not be done.</p> <p>they say i can close my acc and the re-apply for a acc and the maybe i will be given a 6 month acc but it is unlikely,</p> <p>as i already have the 12 month one.</p> <p>what is there problim??????</p>
