Swearing, judgemental staff

I was called by jacob from csf credit solutions regarding my overdue account. The guy is completely dumb. He can't remember a simple date, he calls me Mr high and mighty, swears on the phone call and totally disrespected me, i lost my cool with this guy due to his stupidity, but what gives him the right to CALL ME NAMES AND SWEAR ON THE CALL????
